The California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) asked us to develop, design, and co-present their 2023 Meeting of the Minds in Monterey presentation on the EmployABILITY Business Grant.
Our Approach
Our team relied on our knowledge of the EmployABILITY Business Grant’s intention, success and impact, as well as our presentation expertise, to develop the concept for the presentation. That concept focused on the grant’s purpose, its growing positive impact on small businesses and individuals with disabilities in the California workforce, and the DOR services available to all California businesses. We pitched the concept to DOR, then continued with content development and PowerPoint design. As we continued to work closely with the DOR team, we recommended the best practices for bringing our combined vision to life. In September 2023, our team flew out to Monterey, where two members of our team effectively delivered the presentation alongside two of our DOR partners.
